I really appreciated the guidance up front on how much effort to put into tidying up the property, and your go to contractors were also amazing being able to get the job done at fairly short notice. It was great getting regular updates and along with the open and clear communication made everything pretty relaxed when things can easily get stressful, especially with me being remote. All in all I feel like you’ve done an amazing job and really made everything so easy as I could trust you had everything under control.
